Ophion doesn't have automated password resets yet, so recovery is handled personally for now.

Head to the contact page and send a message mentioning your username. To confirm it's really you, be ready to answer a couple of quick questions about your account.

Once verified, a temporary password will be set for your account and sent back to you. From there, sign in and head to your profile to set a new password of your own.
