3. Community Submissions & Conduct

Registered users may submit tools, tricks, and resources to be considered for inclusion in the directory. By submitting content, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate, truthful, and non-deceptive descriptions and links.
• You will not submit malicious software, phishing links, spyware, pirated materials, or content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• You grant Ophion a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, format, index, and editorially modify your submission metadata (e.g., descriptions, tags, categories) for directory presentation.
• Ophion editors reserve the right to review, edit, approve, reject, or remove any submission at their sole discretion without prior notice.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Ophion for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Engaging in any unlawful activity or promoting illegal acts.
• Impersonating another person, user, or entity, or falsely claiming an affiliation with Ophion.
• Harassing, abusing, stalking, or threatening other members or editors.
• Submitting, uploading, or distributing malware, viruses, exploit payloads, or malicious URLs.
• Conducting automated scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction without prior written permission.
• Attempting to bypass, defeat, or manipulate rate-limiting thresholds, authentication gates, or security controls.
• Publishing spam, deceptive affiliate schemes, or fraudulent software listings.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without explicit authorization.
• Zero-Tolerance Child Safety: Any content involving the exploitation, endangerment, or abuse of minors will be permanently removed immediately, the associated account banned, and the matter reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement authorities.

5. Tool Owners: Correction & Removal Requests

We respect the software creators, maintainers, and open-source contributors whose tools are listed in this vault. If you are the owner, maintainer, or authorized representative of a listed tool, trick, or resource and wish to:

• Request a factual correction, link update, or attribution revision;
• Provide updated brand assets, documentation URLs, or licensing details; or
• Request the complete removal of your tool from the directory;

6. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Trademarks

All third-party product names, logos, trademarks, and brand marks displayed within the directory belong to their respective owners. Reference to any specific commercial tool, process, or service does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Ophion.

The Ophion website design, code, curation taxonomy, and original content are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Copyright & Trademark Notices (DMCA / Infringement Claims)

If you believe in good faith that any content or listing on Ophion infringes your copyright or trademark rights, please send a structured written notice to mr.grimmoir@gmail.com containing the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed.
• The exact URL on Ophion where the claimed infringing material is located.
• Your contact details: full legal name, physical address, email address, and telephone number.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

Ophion displays trust badges (such as “Trusted”, “Verify”, and “Untrusted”) alongside tool listings. These badges reflect our editorial team's evaluation of project health, source availability, license transparency, and reputation at the time of review.

9. External Links & Third-Party Websites

Ophion contains links to external websites, repositories, and documentation that are not operated or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, practices, or availability of any third-party websites.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Ophion is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Ophion and its operators disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the directory or any linked third-party tools.

11. Termination
